  • Mountain (via Dinas Mawddwy)

    • Turn right at the island onto the A470 towards Dolgellau.

    • Follow A470 up and over the mountain until you reach a left hand turn onto the A487 to Machynlleth with the Cross Foxes pub on the corner.

    • Follow this road for about 4 miles to the bottom of the hill and then turn right onto the B4405 towards Tywyn

    • Follow this road for about 10 miles until you come to a cross roads in BrynCrug, turn left onto the A493 towards Tywyn.

    • Drive through Tywyn High Street taking the first right after the Spar petrol station – Idris Villas.

  • Coastal (Via Machynlleth)

    • Turn left onto the A470 towards Machynlleth. This road then leads into the A489.

    • At the “T” junction in Machynlleth turn right on to the A493 heading towards Aberdovey (Aberdyfi). Note that a mile out of Machynlleth you go over a river bridge and turn left.

    • Go through Aberdovey and about 5 miles later you will reach Tywyn still on the A493.

    • Take the second left turn after the Co-op (on the left) - Idris Villas.

  • Once turning onto Idris Villas follow this road over the railway level crossing.

  • Continue past the camp shop on the left-hand side and entrance to the caravan site on your left and take the next left turning: a single track tarmac road with a caravan park on the left and a chalet park on the right.
